GPhone vs iPhone ?
My coworker Victor showed my his new iPhone, I love it!
But somehow, I may want to try the coming Gphone or Google phone.
Can someone talk me into buying iPhone instead?

Every PHP developer must be familiar with PHP security.
Dave Child has been writing about writing secure php and we can find his part 4 which came out 2 days ago.
I’ve been following this series at
http://www.addedbytes.com/php/writing-secure-php-4/
It can just refresh my memory of my security work at Kaiser.
It was mentioned at “10 Principles of the PHP Masters“
Downloading update from http://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/wp-xxxx.zip

Removing the old version of the plugin

Attempting reactivation of the plugin

Comment: Wow! They have made plugin update like a breeze! Nice job!
Yes, it is pretty annoying when you see this “We’re sorry, this video is no longer available” when the video is actually still there (not removed for copyright violation or something wrong from the author.)
1) Many people found the major cause is “Google Web Accelerator”. “don’t accelerate this website” may not fix it the problem. You have to click “Stop Google Web Accelerator” and shut it down completely. Then revisit the youtube video(refresh the page), you will be able to view the video you missed.
2) Still got problem? Another way to try is to change the “?” and “=” to “/” like the following example:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c2lF8aOUc68 change to
http://www.youtube.com/watch/v/c2lF8aOUc68
3) Solution #3: If you love your Web Accelerator so much, just go to its “Preferences”
(http://localhost:9100/preferences) and put the “.Youtube.com” in the domain list to tell it leave the site alone. ” Don’t Accelerate These Sites”
Note that do not miss the “.” before “youtube.com” to include all its subdomains.
Did you find your solutions? Let us know which way works best for you and we’ll share it with others here. Thank you!
Enjoy!
Since I got many domains, I got many letters from some companies like Liberty Names of America asking me to pay amazingly high annual fees to renew my domains. I had been wondering how a company can compete and waste money on this kind of promotion letters until I read about this blog:
http://www.jimboykin.com/liberty-names-of-america/
Most of the people believe it is a scam like the Domain Registry of America scammers who do the same thing as Liberty Names despite this…
http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2003/12/domainreg.htm
From there you can see “Under the terms of the stipulated final order announced today, Domain Registry of America (DROA), based in Ontario, Canada, may be required to provide redress to up to 50,000 consumers, is prohibited from engaging in similar conduct in the future, and is subject to stringent monitoring by the Commission to ensure its compliance with the court order.” I just wonder if Liberty Names of America should be bared the same way. Actions? It’s been more than a year. As of May 2008, Liberty Names of America is doing the same thing freely.
